I just got my Durango in November (05, 4.7V8, 4x4, 99K miles). I had previously heard an intermittent low frequency humming or vibration at idle, but it would never last long enough for me to isolate it.

My wife just called and said that she heard it after turning the key off. This leads me to believe that it might be a cooling fan issue.

Anyone have any experience with this? Am I headed down the right/wrong path?
