Auto Climate Control - Disable Passenger Side Control
Hi everyone,
I have an 08 Aspen with auto climate control. Something (minor) that has bothered me since I bought the truck is that there doesn't seem to be a way to disable the passenger side temp control. If I want to change the temperature, I have to change both sides. It's not a big deal, but it seems like a design oversight.
Is there any way to have just the driver's side temp control both (essentially disable passenger temp control)? Every other vehicle I've had with auto climate control had a simple button that would allow the driver to control both sides.
Thanks for your help!

08aspen,
If you are referring to turning off the blower on just the passenger side, unfortunately there is no way to do that. You are able to change temperatures from side to side, but you can't turn off the blower from side to side.
I hope this helps answer your question.

Thanks Katie. Actually, I'm just trying to sync the driver/passenger temp buttons so I only have to press the driver's side temp button to make both change.
Based on the silence in this forum and lack of information in the owner's manual, I'm guessing there's no way to do this.
