P0734 Problem -- Help Please

I need your help, I have a 2009 Dodge Durango 4x4 that just threw out a code which indicates that I have a gear 4 incorrect ratio problem (thanks to this forum for its help). What can I do to remedy this problem? Do I need to take it to the dealer for repair?
