drive line

When I am driving and let off the gas, I hear a ticking or knocking noise and it sounds like its coming from the rear. Any ideas as to what this may be? Feels rough too

Is it just one knock? Possible worn out suspension parts.

Or a continuous clicking? Possible worn out u-joints.
