SETINA PB400 for DURANGO?

Just bought a Setina PB400 at auction, could somebody tell me if the mounts are for DURANGO or not? I now think its for Durango 04-09?? THANK YOU!!

It most likely would be either for 2004-2006 years or 2007-2009 model years. The front end is different between those two years.
