Good morning... My husband replaced a fuel sensor last evening and afterwards I tried to lock up my car with the key fob and it didn't work. So he was like, it must be the battery in the fob....well, I didn't want to leave my car unlocked all night so I locked the car from the inside. Needless to say I thought that the metal key would work to unlock the car as it has in the past and it doesn't. Now I cannot get in my car! Metal key wont unlock the car. Does anyone know what could be the issue and how to fix this? Problem is, if we have to get in the engine area how will we do that without being able to unlatch the hood from inside the car? I have a dodge Durango 2005 4.7L v8. Thank you!
