Ignition Cylinder to be replaced

Hi guys, quick question. If I need to replace the lock cylinder on my Dodge Durango 2006. Do I need to change the keys as well?

I had my lock and cylinder replaced by a locksmith and he keyed it to my old keys. So no if you go to a locksmith.
