replace ignition cylinder in 07 Durango

Is it hard to replace an ignition cylinder in an 07 Durango? I have lost my key and have looked for it for three days now.

You don't need a new cylinder, just get a key cut and programmed.

(might wanna get 2 of them cut)

I agree with TNtech, have you talked to a Dodge dealer about ordering and programming new keys for you?
