My windshield wipers were frozen from the bad weather and I guess I tried to turn them on to many times. They are not working I had someone check the fuse and it was ok, someone said to get a relay.
I have to keep the car going myself and women should know more about cars but I don't. I can't find where the relay is and how to replace it. I had to drive in a really bad snow storm without the wipers working.
