Default Tow wiring harness

Okay, so I just got this OEM wiring harness for my durango so I can tow with it.

The problem I'm getting stuck with is in the instructions on step 19. I don't know where I should attach the light blue wire to? I know I bring it through the firewall from the engine compartment, but is there a connector or something I need to attach it to to be able to use the brake controller function?

Here's the PDF for the instructions Wiring Harness Instructions Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds to me like it is a wire for a special device, after-market, non-stock. In the past I've seen them. They are a little box, about an inch high, 4 or 5 inces wide and deep. The one I saw had a lever on the front that when moved would apply the brakes on the trailer only. It was electrically tied into the vehicle's brake system so when the brake pedal is pushed the vehicle AND trailer brakes apply. That's all I know.
