Cylinder 3 misfire

I have a 2005 dodge durango with a misfire on cylinder 3 I have changed the spark plug and coil but still have the same problem. What else can I do to fix the problem. Thanks in advance for all your help

is the engine one that has a dist cap? if so check the cap. and rotor. and DO use JB-weld to plug the air vent in the cap. it lets in moisture. trust me. it took me 5 years to figure this out.
