Default 2004 SXT Blower Swith issue?

So last night everything was fine with my 2004 4.7 SXT Durango my heat blew in low settings to high. Today when I left for work the heat will only blow on high and none of the rest of the settings?

Perfect. When this happened to me in my 2001 Durango, I was thrown off at the fact that the new part looked nothing like the old part.

Default Where next?

Have replaced resistor several times and just recently wired in a new plug. Blower has quit yet again, so pulled the resistor last night and it was in good shape...replaced it anyways. No burning or melting seen. So now where do I look?

If the resistor keeps failing, I would suspect a bad switch or a motor.
