P0522 Engine Oil Pressure Curcuit Low
My 2007 5.7 Lt Dodge Durango SLT has just passed the annual road test in Qatar where I am based.
However The Malfunction Indicator Lamp just came on yesterday, after first checking the Dodge Handbook, it said it can be driven but get it checked out ASAP.
The diagnostic center said it was P0522 Engine Oil Pressure circuit low.
My question is this after replacing the affected part Oil censor, will the malfunction lamp go out, or will I need to have it retested?
Regards,
David

Dear JKeaton,
However as this is my first posting on DF, I was hoping that I would be cut some slack.
I created a new thread as I could not see any relevant other threads open at this time.
If you could deliver some useful advice on the matter at hand namely the Car faults, that would be more beneficial to me.
Many Thanks,
David

I moved it to the correct section for you so you will get some help. Calm down and relax. Like I said, read the section descriptions so you post in the area most likely to get you answers to your questions.
