Found an 04 from TX most of its life. Are there issues with the 04 Hemi or is it the cowl design allowing water into engine that's killing em?

NHTSA shows no recall or service bulletin regarding fuel spitting. Will Dodge cover it if it has this problem?

There is a long thread with a fix already on this problem. I will link it if I find it, but I think it was the entire second generation Durango that was affected.

 

Thanks. I see Dodge has a cowl with part numbers superceding the previous ones. I'm guessing it's updated. I didn't find the thread but little pieces in different threads.
