05 Cruise turns off at 35 mph after having new key fob added

05 Cruise turns off at 35 mph after having new key fob added
I've not had any luck searching, but here goes.
I bought my 05 and it only had one key fob with it. I purchased a new one online and took it to my mechanic to have it setup. I went back to the mechanic and both key fobs now work, but on my way home last night the cruise control won't work above 35 mph?
I tested it with both keys and the same thing. The cruise will turn on and work below 35 mph, but as soon as I hit 35 mph, the cruise control turns off?
It did work the night before I took it to the mechanic, now after it doesn't? Oh, and btw...I don't have the CE light on and no codes.
Any ideas?
