Default '05 durango 4.7 4x4 fuel problem

i was driving 55-60 on the highway and the truck seemed to start running extremely rich and had a significant cut in power. I was able to get home (45-50min) while things got progressively worse. about 3 miles from home the CEL started flashing.

Since then I have replaced the cam sensor, TPS, IAC, EGR valve, EVAP purge solenoid, Ambient air temp sensor , MAP sensor, Spark plugs, PCV, Two coil packs, inspected all lines and hoses, and ultimately the PCM.

It will now run only when I put my foot to the floor and it will surge in cycle like it had a governor on a carburetor. Today I noticed that the AC lines were broiling hot after running only about five minutes.

Please help
