Do you have any idea what is wrong with the one you have? Does it turn or is it locked up? If you get a used motor have someone go through it and freshen it up. If it's in decent shape that will be a lot cheaper.
There's a hole in the block. Do you know if any year Ram is compatible with this engine?
If it's the same year i would think it would be the same. I'm not familiar with the different years of the hemi's. I would call the dealer or a engine building shop they would know.
