Default 2006 limited: is it possible to add aux cable to 6-disc head unit?

I have a 2006 limited with the 6-disc CD changer head unit, with the satelite radio option instead of the aux port. Does anyone know if there is an easy, or at least proven, way to add an aux cable to the head unit? The satelite radio portion is more or less useless to me, never really liked it. Would much rather be able to play Pandora or something through my phone.

Your easiest bet might be an FM transmitter. Sound quality will be limited to FM quality instead of whatever the stock system is capable of though. They're anywhere from $10-$50 and lots of them typically plug into your lighter giving you a charge port as well.

There are also adapters that plug directly into the radio antenna port (like the old add-on CD changers).

There are videos on youtube showing how to hijack the Sirius/XM input and convert it to aux. Use at your own risk.
