Have an 04 4.7 with just over 200k miles that I recently replaced the waterpump, belt, thermostat, belt tensioner,and fan clutch when I noticed water leaking from the bottom of the water pump. During this found oil leaking from the valve covers and running down on and shorting out the Crankshaft position sensor. After finished everything running great but when the ac compressor comes on it screams! Can the pulley on these be removed and replaced or does the entire compressor have to go? This has feeds front and rear evaporators and cools great but lets the entire neighborhood know!
