My durango is a 2006 model and I am facing an issue which I am not sure is worth fixing. The auto gearbox is not shifting gears, feels like it is stuck in either 3 or 4. checked the codes p0700, p0562 and p0750...they are not much help. Is there anybody here that has faced a similar problem? Is it worthwhile taking it to a mechanic?

 

It is worthwhile taking it to a reputable transmission shop for a diagnosis.

 

Two of those codes are related to low voltage, the other is just the PCM telling you the transmission set a fault. It would be worth the time to go through all the connectors and clean/reseat them to see if there's a simple connection problem.
