So earlier this evening I got high centered on some hard packed snow and it took a bit of digging to get out. Weird thing is, now my cruise control wont engage. The dash light still turns on and says Cruise when I hit the button on the steering wheel but it never engages. From the research I have done so far the most common cause of this is a broken vacuum line going to the servo. So 2 questions: 1. Where exactly is the module located that I need to check? 2. Does anyone have a service manual for this particular truck? Going forward it would be a really nice reference to have.
