We had our first hot day and no A/C. The D has 108,000 km on it. I put a gauge on the low pressure and it was low so I added some refrigerant stuff and the pressure went into the good but still no A/C. I'm guessing I should bring it in somewhere but I was hoping I could get some advice on additional troubleshooting.

 

Yes. Take it somewhere. You have a leak.

 

Thank for the info. I did some further testing and the pressure on the low has stayed at 35 which is right in the middle of the good on the gauge. When the condenser fan kicks in it goes down to 25 but still in the good range. I noticed now that the compressor is not kicking in and out. The cab temp is still warm air. The low pressure line is cool but not very cold.
