Looking to replace the stock plastic lock pulls on my Durango. Any idea where I can find some billett or chrome ones to replace them? How do you remove the stock ones? They don't seem to want to unscrew, are they pressed on or are they threaded?

I got my set of billet aluminum ones off of Ebay for $19 dollars including shipping. The stock ones are kind of hard to unscrew. Since I wasn't going to use the stock ones again I just used a pair of pliers to unscrew them.
