I have a 2004 Durango SLT with Hemi V-8 I recentely got a flat, (Damn new home construction) When I jack the Durango and remove the lugnuts, the wheel/tire will no come off, like its locked on. My crappy dealership said its a safety feature, that the tires all have to be level. Make sense to anyone else. Please help. Thanks

 

When I rotated my tires I did not have any problems. I have the regular wheels with the covers on them instead of the optional eom wheels if that makes a difference.
