Hey everybody i have an 04 durango slt. and just recently all of my door locks quit. they wont lock or unlock with the fob or the buttons on the switch and doors. i have power going to both switches. and the computer recognizes when i press them comfirmed with a scanner connected to instrument cluster feed. i have power going to the tan and green wire on driver door lock actuator, but very little. only about .017v so im not sure where to look for the problem. All doors dont lock or unlock.

 

Also the auto locks while driving do not work either. And when I press unlock on the fob the lights light up as if it wad unlocked and when I press the lock button the horn sounds And the lights flash but no locks lock or un lock.

 

I believe these are setup the same as the Rams of the same years, the door locks go through the 'BCM' which is also the instrument panel cluster. I know it sounds weird, but I diagnosed one a couple years ago. Everything checked out the way it was suppose to. I had the parts guys order a new cluster/BCM, replaced it, and everything went back to working again.
