Default Coolant Reservoir Leak is it normal?

I have a 2006 Durango with the Hemi and when i run the Car on idle i see a heavy leak coming from what looks like a spout on the left side of the coolant res. Is there suppose to be a plug/hose there or is it cracked? any help would be great appreciated.

That appears to be the overflow, try putting a new radiator cap on the radiator

We replaced the reservoir in our 2005 Durango due to a leak.
