Default Power Outlet ID for fuse ID

I have a 2004 Durango Limited with electrical issues. One issue is that the power outlet right of the cigarette lighter delete and the one beside the rear hatch. The outlet inside the center console works fine. I have checked under the hood and dash with what I believe might be the fuse linked to those locations but found no issues using the ohmmeter. Maybe I missed a possibility.

Does anyone know the exact ID code for those locations? I have checked the front outlet plug while disconnected from the metal housing, while the truck is running, with an ammeter and found no current.
Are there any other possibilities for no current in both locations other than fuses? I don't see any wiring modifications,

Thanks for any help.
