Default 07 Dodge Durango

4_4 slt. Got it with 150.000 miles. I've put about 25 on it. I started dealing with it running hot. So I eventually replaced everything. Clutch fan . Radiator. Fluid. 30 bucks a jug. Thermostat twice. And water pump. The Heather always worked real strong. But it still overheats and it won't go down. The oil is alright. No fluids leak. Any advice. Please anybody.

When you turn on the heat at high, does the temp go down?

No not really but of you run the heater to the whole time on high when you first start it .it takes it a while longer to heat up. I think there is a problem In the engine

I would leave the thermostat out or test it with a pan of water, not that it's the problem but start with the easy stuff first..... but i notice you didn't mention the heater core... so i'd be suspecting the heater core.

So i'd bypass it for at least diagnostic purposes. the fact that no fluids leak is a good sign.. unless you only meant on to the ground.. but if they're not mixing that's great.

but i see this thread is like 3 weeks old. did you find out the problem?

Sounds like you need to bleed it again.
