Hybrid 2009 Durango (rust bucket), 154,000 miles... wrench with lighting bolt thru it came on, and then when out... while stopped at light. Engine light on also continuously for weeks. Could not find wrench with lighting bolt indicator in my manual. Is this the ETC Light? Is this an inexpensive fix at a dealership (no such thing at a dealership right?)
