2006 Durango SLT 4.7 V-8 with the 45RFE- transmission went into limp mode climbing a mountain. Codes were read and the were P0700 and P2706, general malfunction with the the transmission Shift Solenoid "F" Circuit. decided to let the dealer scan further, and was told they narrowed it down to a wire problem. I did some looking around and found the trans wiring connector to the PCM didn't have the locking tab engaged. all other visible wires looked OK. put things back together and the codes cleared, and things worked great for 5 days, then the trans went into limp mode again and now I have different codes, P0846 (transmission fluid pressure Switch ) and P0755, which is a shift solenoid 'B' malfunction. I'm ready to start throwing parts at this, but any suggestions which part first?
