Unless you have the incorrect tire mounted, wouldn’t that make your speedometer incorrect? You would cover more ground per revolution of the tire, so I think going faster than the speedometer reported. No idea on related stresses on the drivetrain.
Thanks for the reminder. That raises another question: will an inch taller tire mess up how my transmission shifts?
A guy at work put Rebel wheels and tires on his 1500 and the transmission acted funky. He couldn't find atuner that would fix it so he took the wheels/tires off.
