Question Full Synthetic oil switch

Has anyone switched over to full synthetic oil on a 2008 Dodge Durango, 4.7 flex fuel engine truck? Any issues?

Depends on the mileage. On higher mileage vehicles that have used conventional oil, switching to synthetic can cause oil leaks.

There will be no issues. I put my 2001 Dakota with the 4.7 on full synthetic 0w20 for the winter will change to 5w30 for summer no issues. I got the pickup last year and it was on conventional before. The thought that switching between conventional and synthetic causes problems is a long gone myth. Just ask the experts at bobistheoilguy.
