Default 2006 Dodge Durango SLT AWD

This is the weirdest thing I have ever run into. The A/C works fine until the outside temperature reaches 100 degrees and up. I am in Arizona if I go out right now start the vehicle and try to turn on the A/C there is no power to the compressor clutch and the condenser fan does not come on. If I go out tommorow morning when it's in the 80's it will work perfectly. A/C has been serviced. Pressure switch has been replaced. Any ideas all fuses relays are perfect. This has stumped even my mechanic.
Thank you,
