Stuck in park. no brake lights.
What i have done, its not the lock on steering column, i changed brake peddle switch. i pulled bottom of dash lose, and disconnected solenoid wire on the shifter cable, this allowed the shiftier to move. so i be leave that is working .
There is No power to the brake light switch!!!! all fuses are good i did replace some.
i notice a burnt smell in the fuse box area inside car i took panels off in found a relay at the top of fuse box that was hidden by the panel it smelled burnt i replaced it it has 4 prongs to of the prongs were discolored showing they were getting hot. i cant find a diagram to tell me what all that relay connects to. or tell me what the other two relay below and fuse box go to.

 

update found a burnt circuit board on fuse panel inside car behind were a lot of wires plug in to it. so i have to change out the whole fuse panel. and go from there
