I have a clicking sort of noise when I'm driving, but only happens when I'm using the accelerator, no sound when I'm braking or coasting, and it sounds like it's coming from the driver side front end. Any ideas what I'm facing?

 

Could be a leaking exhaust manifold, worn CV joint, wheel bearing, brakes, etc.
