Default NO CRANK NO START 2004 Dodge Durango

So my battery went out and I thought it was my ignition switch that drained my battery so replaced both….now I get a no crank no start. Checked the starter and it’s functioning also checked fuses and relays. I put it in the scanner and all I get is p0633 skin secret key not stored in pcm. Locksmith should be able to reprogram or am I missing something? Thanks in advance

The security key is the issue... there was a way to reset that... cause my 04 just came with a copy of a key (previous owners lost the fob) and after sitting for a year, battery was dead, popped in new battery and wouldnt start, the Security light came on... i cant remember what i did... i think it was a fuse i replaced as well...
but after a couple days of fiddling with it...it started right up (new batery, old one had a dead cell)
