Default Lifter/timing chain replacement results in misfire and code p0016??

Hey! Posting in hopes to find some answers for my husband! He's just finished tearing down my 4.7 liter motor in my 2008 dodge durango, a lifter fell and he went in and replaced it also put new pulley tensioner on it. And a few other things like a cam shaft sensor... Now that its back together we drove it down the road maybe 1/4th a mile noticed a misfire and shuttering other than that it seemed better then the orignal rattling it did before working on it. Codes that popped up were,
P0016
P0406
P0046
he found a vacuum that was unplugged over by the egr so plugged that in and started back up and it ran much better but still you can hear it misfiring. He's not messed with it today so that's where ill stop. If any one recognizes this issue or has advice please comment! Thanks!

Please excuse my no-knowlodge on mechanics im stumbling through posting this but attempting to help my husband I'd hate for him to have to go back down to the timing chain... That's the way its kinda looking to him i think..
