Default Passenger side B pillar water leak

I have an ‘04 with a water leak coming down the B pillar during heavy rain, and no I don’t have a sun/moon roof. There is a lake in the passenger floor boards after heavy rain, and the seatbelt is wet when I pull it out as well. Had anyone else had this problem, or heard anything like this before? Is there a drain at the bottom of the pillar that could be clogged?

This happened to me on both sides of 2009. Seatbelts were getting very wet and stinky. I had to remove the roof runners for the roof rack. I siliconed all bolt holes and the stud placement holes in the front. It wound up being the holes which were leaking because the stock seals became deteriorated. Was easy pay and never lacked again. Once you remove the racks you will see the issue.
