Default 06 durango
My 06 durango sputters once you get up to 40mph almost like its a clogged catalytic converter but there are no cats on it does anybody know what it could be

It could be any number of things. Scanned for codes? Maintenance history? What engine? How many miles? Why are the catalytic converters removed? Has it always done this?
