Default Oil light flickering

I have a 2004 dodge durango 4.7 slt awd i have an oil light that flickers on and off like it changes its mind when i come to a complete stop or in idle after soft rev to 1000 rpm after warmed up to operating temp it seems to come on whenever the truck idles below 500ish
have changed
Throttle position sensor
idle position sensor (was stuck open 2000 rpm in idle/ 1100 under load)
oil pressure switch (was flickering before switch change)
engine oil and filter
spark plugs
(I do have an o2 sensor that is setting off the engine light) needs a connector i am grabbing one this weekend in my free time
This is my first dodge and am enjoying it so far and would like to keep it running as long as possible

Put a mechanical gauge on it to verify oil pressure.

"Put a mechanical gauge on it to verify oil pressure"
so if that doesnt work then my issue probably lies with the oil pump

so got the gauge on it i start at 50psi and as it warms up the gage reads 15psi after 45 mins or running also seems like the rpms want to bounce between 450 and 550 rpms
and after using the parking brake now the brake light is on so one thing after another
