Default 2006 Dodge Durango, No Cruise, No Overdrive when engine warms up

Hello, I'm at a loss..... I will try to explain the best as I can.

2006 Dodge Durango, 5.7 Hemi.

Starts and Runs great until the engine warms up. Once the engine warms up the following happens....

When you start from cold the truck will start and run great with no issues at all, Overdrive works, Cruise Works, No Codes or check engine light.
Once the Temperature goes up past the second mark on the dash (Seen in picture) the check engine light comes on, No Cruise Control, No Overdrive and P0016 code.
Stop the vehicle until the temperature cools down, truck starts and runs great until it goes past the second temp. mark, then does same thing, No Cruise, NO Overdrive and P0016 code.

I have replaced the Cam and Crank Sensor with BWD Parts ( 2 year warranty)
Fresh Oil and filter
Visually checked the wiring, everything seems okay.

The timing chain tensioner was done approx. 4 years ago, that is when the truck would stall when stopping and had to crank lots when starting. Once the timing chain tensioner was fixed with new chain etc. it ran great until about 3 weeks ago.

I have read that you may need to get the Crank and Cam sensors Re-Learned with a computer from a shop, would this be as simple as that or would it be wasting $ getting it relearned?

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

After engine temperature goes over second mark. Cruise and overdrive off and CEL comes on with P0016. When cools down everything works again, until goes past second temp. mark.

Before engine temperature goes over second mark. Cruise and overdrive still work
