blower motor not working when ac is on

blower motor not working when Headlight are on
2006 Dodge Durango 5.7.
The issue that i have is when i turn my headlight on my blower motor stops working, I have changed the FCM, TIPM, Light switch, AC contol unit, Blow motor resister, the AC relays. Still can not get AC to work with headlight on.
I did jump the relay and the AC does come on with the lights. I have check the grounds, the battery (12.5) check the ALT (14.2) .
any help would be greatly appreciated
