Default 2004 DD STL 5.7 Spark Plugs

I’m curious if anyone thought of doing this. As you know at one time Hemi engines had two spark plugs per cylinder. The extra one I believe burned off any unburned exhaust gas. Since this only applied to emissions, could you replace the plugs that ignite the compressed gas and forgo the exhaust plugs to be changed later. In other words change the plugs for igniting compressed gas at normal 30k maintenance cycle and use the replace plugs to be changed the exhaust plugs say at 50k cycle. Any one ever or did do this?

If I'm honest, I never thought of doing that, Seems like more hassle than it is worth to me.

I just put 16 NGK "Laser Platinum" (they were on sale) last time in my HEMI Durango with MSD wires and called it good for many miles.

I mean, you have access, why would you not?
