Default 2009 4.7L SLT TPS replacement

Hey all,

So I've been having random issues with my gas peddle not coming back up to home when take my foot off. At most any speed.

So I'm looking to change my TPS. I have looked at videos and forum tips but none of the examples look anything like my engine compartment, even the ones title 2004 or 2nd gen.

The driver side of my throttle body has a plastic box with sensor leads, I assume this is for the IAC and TPS? I can't figure out how to take the cover off, I look in what I thought were the screw holes but there doesn't seem to be a screw or bolt, it almost looks like a small thumb screw but as you can see it's recessed.

First off, is this where the TPS is on a 4.7L 2009?

If so how do I get this lid off without breaking it?

I tried to gently pry the tabs but there are tabs all around and I can't reach the ones in the back, it doesn't loosen even with 4 tabs loose so I figured there must be screws of some kind.
