I've been looking pretty seriously for about three weeks for the 'right'durango (lightly used '05). There were a couple available when I started and I assumed from that they would be pretty easy to find. MAybe I'm being too picky. Is what I'm looking for that diferent from what any of you have? I want RWD khaki Limited with Hemi, sunroof, Nav (preferred but not required), DVD (preferred but not required), tan leather, tow package (Idon;t want to just adda hitch, I want the bigger mirrors), the good stereo and auto air. By the way is a limited slip or traction control an option on RWD? If so, I'd certainly like to have that too.

Now I feel like I have checked out every available one in the Southeast and it is just not there...

Your combination should not be a problem but that's a too young unit you're looking for. When I was on the road searching for the perfect -D- I had the same problems. I wanted and SLT with the 4.7L engine, towing package (same as you, because of the hitch and bigger mirrors) and the family package (DVD console). Every dealer told me that those specifications were not possible and/or available.

After I bought my Durango, SLT 4.7L and Family Package (no sunroof), I started to see the one that I want two or three times .

Well... someday I will get my hitch and my mirrors.

About the limited slip, I don't know but mine came with it and it REALLY do the job very nice. My -D- is RWD.

PS: Why Durango's doesn't have the backup-sensors as an standard feature??? This is a matter of safety and not luxury.
