So does anyone in the Ny area know of a reputable dealer for service. I took my 04 Durango in for service and some problems and the dealer stinks.

I took it in for 24k service, the running boards being discolored (tsb 23-036-04), A/C performance issues (tsb 24-006-05 rev c), Transmission engagement problem (tsb 21-015-05) and a clicking in the front end when i make a hard turn. Mind you i never told the dealer i had the tsb's

Dealer calls me to tell me that the steering problem is low fluid, the running boards are just fine, even though this same dealer repaired the rear step which discolored last year and is now a different color than the side steps, and the A/C performance issue is the system needs a recharge.

Well I hope the fact i told them i have the tsbs after they called makes them realize something different.

 

When I took my vehicle in for two cracked headlight lens, I had a couple of dozen emails with photos from different owners with the same problem which I showed to the service manager.........both lens were replaced at no cost to me.
