I purchased a Wiring Harness from MoparDodge website. They sent me the wrong year(2003) I have a 2005. They said I clicked on the wrong link. I went through great pains to find a 2005. Most other sites only went to 2003. I hardly think I would have made that mistake. Nevertheless, I got the wrong one. I hooked it up before I knew it was the wrong one. All the connections were the same It appeared to be the correct unit. It blew the fuse to my brake lights which wouldn't let the shifter come out of park. I fixed that. They gave me a return #to exchange it for a 2005 unit. When they got it they e-mailed me and said they would not accept it because it had been installed. So they sent it back. OK My question is can I modify this harness to fit my vehicle or do I have to just eat this one and buy the correct unit. Thanks in advance.
