I have a cutoff on my new Durango at 4000 rpm when it is in nutral and having a cutoff when I reach 180kph so would any body help me to take them out

Cannot be taken out. it is there for your safety and everone elses. It is programmed into the PCM. Good luck finding someone who can reburn a Dodge controller
