Durango lights.. Please Help.

I have a 2001 Durango. The lights constantly blink on and off (head lights and inside lights) And after I park it, The headlights stay on but are very dim.

No clue but you'll get a better response from the durango 1st gen forum. This board is for the 2nd gen D (04-present).
