i juswt got the call from my service man today and he told me the update is due out july 1st. i will be in first as there r double didgit durangos out here in phoenix with the problem. and as i stated bofore the puter tells the clutch to shut off at the wrong time. they r also over filled a bit at the factory and they think this over fill is worsened by heat, well i will report in when i get the fix

I am being told by my dealership that, per the bulletin that they have received, that it will July 19th before the software update is available because it is pending government approval due to emmission changes.
